Best act of the day, that sounds familliar.

That's exactly the same as on Fields of Rock: they were the only ones who really could get the crowd going. Other bands who performed were Audioslave, Papa Roach, even Black Sabbath (with Ozzy Osbourne!), but none of them could entertain the audience like R+ could.

Olli was stage diving at Fields of Rock in the rubberboat, too. Wow, he toppled over?

It surprises me to hear he got back on stage savely. Just being some fan in the crowd already scares me (some people were drunk and they were getting agressive), but then standing there in the middle of all those people as a band member? Scary...

Something funny happened during the "boat diving", too: the people in the front (including me) couldn't see the boat anymore, because it was too far in the back. So instead, we were taking pictures of the things on stage. But Paul noticed we were taking pictures of him, so he pointed at us, and then at Olli, saying that we should be taking pictures of the boat.

They were amazing! The best act of the entire day, if you ask me. A heaven filled with flamethrowers, fireworks and German metal. Olli stagedived in a lifeboat, but it got topped over pretty quickly. He found his way back on stage, but no-one knows what happened to the boat... They shot fireworks towards the audience, too. It died out before it could actually hit us, though.

Eek! You saw 'em at Rock Werchter?

Lucky you!

No, I didn't see get to see them there: my wallet didn't let me.

I could just afford a one-way ticket to Belgium, but not a festival ticket as well. I did get to hear some of it on the radio, but my parents got home and turned off the radio before Rammstein performed.

But.... I did get to see them at Fields of Rock (June 18th), though! I was all the way in the front, it was great. ^^ (Although my ears were ringing for a couple of days afterwards...)

So how was it? Were they good?
